Each class is set to a motivating playlist and designed to target every muscle group through time under tension and dynamic resistance. You’ll be guided with clear instruction - so even if you’re new, you’ll feel supported and challenged.

How to Get Started

  1. Download our app here

  2. Create your account and book your first class online

  3. Choose your intro offer (we have different ones for each studio!)

  4. Complete your client intake form (you’ll receive an email)

  5. Arrive 10 minutes early so we can welcome you properly, show you around the studio and our Rise-former® beds.

  6. All you need to bring is grip socks, water and yourself

  7. Enjoy your class - this is where the magic begins

Please park in the short stay car park. Take the first footpath available to you until you reach Renuvo Beauty, go left and you can find us by the pond.

Enter Bawtry Hall site via Pemberton Grove and follow signs to Bawtry Hall venue parking. In the instance an event is on and the venue car park is full, please park at the front offices or along Pemberton Grove road.
