Our classes combine strength, endurance, cardio, core and balance into one high-intensity, low-impact 50-minute workout.

Our Method
We focus on slow, controlled movements performed under constant tension, placing muscles under load for longer to work them to fatigue and stimulate deeper muscle fibres.


Slow, Controlled Movement
We move slowly and with intention to keep muscles under constant tension for longer. This increased time under load is what builds strength, improves endurance and creates that deep, effective burn.


Full-Body Burn
Every class is carefully programmed to target the entire body, with each movement designed to maximise effectiveness. Nothing is random, every exercise has a purpose.
